How do we work?

At InterCol Procedures and Business Center, we work hard to provide a holistic and timely service without the need for you to travel around. If you’d like to know how our process works, it can be broken down into 3 steps:

1.We receive your request

When you make a request through the InterCol web portal, we confirm that we have received the complete information and documentation required to manage the application process. In the event of additional items being required, one of our advisors will be in touch with you to coordinate this.

2.We manage the information in order to process your application

With official organizations, we identify the correct procedure for your application so we can provide you with a trustworthy and flexible response. Throughout the process, your personal advisor will ensure you are kept up to date and coordinate the management of paperwork, invoicing and the logistics of the procedure.

3.We deliver the final documents to you

Once the procedure has been completed, we make delivery of the documents by the method agreed when the application was made (by email, by post or by local courier).
